Job Requirements

This is strictly online and works from home job for now and you can as well work from anywhere of your choice or anytime that does suit you. You can choose to work during Morning, Afternoon and even during the evening. The pay rate is $28 per hour while training is $16 per hour and will be getting paid weekly or bi-weekly via check or direct deposit.

Primary duties

Primary duties include general administrative support, data entry, customer service, email and chat support, virtual assistance, executive support, property operations assistance, basic bookkeeping, invoice recording, account balancing, preparation of mini balance sheets, sales record analysis, document management, and entering approved business or payroll records into the company’s accounting software. Specific duties will depend on the position you are selected for and will be assigned according to your role, skills, experience, and department needs.

Secondary duties

Now, your secondary daily duties would be to report to your Supervisor, who would be attached to you online, He/She would assign logs of duty daily and you would be required to work according to instructions, using the Microsoft Office tools and the Accounting software. Now the function of the Accounting software is to arrange, formalize, and manage the data you have processed, sent to your supervisor via E-mail.

You can as well work between 5 to 8 hours daily... Working hours are flexible. All activities and corresponding time are to be recorded in an excel spreadsheet. You will earn $0 per hour, You will receive your pay via Direct Deposit/Check weekly...

Working Equipment Information

To enable you to sit for this job and position there are working equipment and software which are required because you will be working from home and you will not be using any of your equipment due to the new version of the software that is required for this job. Note that all expenses are handled by the company, therefore the company will send you a check for the Purchase of all your work materials,

Once the Accounting officer issues out your startup check for the purchase of all the work materials and the check may be issued out by any of our 26 affiliated companies.

NOTE: Approved equipment and software are arranged through the company’s accredited equipment process. Materials will be customized with the company logo, required software will be installed and configured for work use, and approved items may be shipped to you via FedEx.

Here is the list of items that will be provided by the vendor

Apple MacBook Air M5: The MacBook Air M5 features the blazing-fast M5 chip, a 16GB base memory, and 2x faster 512GB base SSD storage.

All in one printer, scanner, and fax machine: An All-in-One (or 4-in-1) machine consolidates printing, scanning, copying, and faxing into a single device.

Logitech wireless headset H800: The Logitech Wireless Headset H800 is a versatile, on-ear headset designed for multi-device users. It allows seamless switching between computers using a USB Nano Receiver and smartphones or tablets via Bluetooth

Software: Peachtree Premium Accounting software, Norton Ghost 9.0, BS 1 Accounting software, Microsoft Office, Mini office stationery, Time Tracker, and Data Reader as that enable us to have your Hours calculated.

You will receive your paperwork and HR document during orientation with your Training supervisor after you have received all your working materials, It will be emailed to you and you are to print, fill, sign and send back the Paperwork and HR Document to us..... You will undergo two weeks of training $16/hour (Paid Training) you will be trained for 4hrs daily and it will be done online. Your supervisor will contact you via phone and both of you will discuss the time to meet online for the training and further briefing as soon as you have received all your work materials.....
